Summary:

On June 1, 2021, at approximately 0924 hours, Cathedral City Police Dispatch received a 911 call from an adult male who claimed to have been beaten, zip tied and held against his will for days. The victim was able to give officers information that led them to the 37000 block of Bankside Drive where evidence was located that cooperated his claim. Additional information was gathered identifying two suspects involved who were later arrested without incident.

Both suspects (brothers – photos below) were booked into the Riverside County Jail and charged with PC 207(a) – Kidnapping; PC 206 – Torture; PC 236 – False Imprisonment; PC 245(a)(1) – Assault with Deadly Weapon; PC 422(a) – Terrorist Threats.
