On May 23, 2023, at about 0920 hours, the Cathedral City Police Department was called with an UPDATE on a previously reported Missing Person. Palm Springs Police Department contacted Cathedral City Police Department and reported they LOCATED Richard Stanley Emmons in the city of Palm Springs. Richard was in good health and returned to his residence.
Richard Stanley Emmons was reported missing by his roommate after he had not returned home for several hours on May 22, 2023, at about 2037 hours.
